Shipping Policy

ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้า :

 หากบริษัทฯ มีสินค้าครบถ้วนตามคำส่ังซื้อ บริษัทจะทำการส่งสินค้าทันที โปรดรับทราบว่าการจัดส่งสินค้าส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาระยะเวลาสอง (2) ถึงห้า (5) วันทำการ ในการเตรียมการก่อนออกจากคลังสินค้า หากบริษัทฯ ไม่มีสินค้าในคลัง จะมีการคืนเงินให้ผู้ซื้อ รวมถึงอีเมล์ยื่นยันเพื่ออธิบายสาเหตุของการคืนเงิน

รายการสั่งซื้อสินค้าล่วงหน้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘PRE ORDERS’) :

โดยทั่วไปแล้ว บริษัทฯ พยายามให้สินค้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘pre-order’) ถูกส่งมารวดเร็วที่สุด ถึงกระนั้นก็ตาม อาจเกิดความล่าช้าจากการผลิตและการขนส่งเกิดขึ้น ทำให้สินค้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘pre-order’) มาถึงที่คลังล่าช้า โปรดยอมรับว่าบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถยืนยันระยะเวลาประมาณการการส่งสินค้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘pre-order’) ได้เนื่องจากอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงตามปัจจัยและสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ แต่สินค้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘pre-order’) จะถูกจัดส่งภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 2 เดือน

หากสั่งซื้อสินค้า ‘พรีออเดอร์’ (‘pre-order’) ชำระด้วยกันกับสินค้าทั่วไปในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน ทุกสินค้าในคำสั่งนั้นจะถูกส่งไปพร้อมกัน

การจัดส่ง & เลขพัสดุ :

การจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศจะให้บริการหรือบริหารจัดการโดยตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตโดยบริษัทฯ ได้แก่ บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด (ปณท) (Thailand Post) EMS

ผู้ซื้อจะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนทางอีเมล โดยจะได้รับรายละเอียดการจัดส่ง (Tracking Number) หลังจากคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าจัดส่งออกจากคลัง

ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง :

โปรดรับทราบและยอมรับว่าค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งเมื่อมีการจัดส่งสินค้าแล้ว จะไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ผู้ซื้อจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายของการจัดส่งและหากต้องการให้จัดส่งสินค้าใหม่เนื่องจากระบุที่อยู่ในคำสั่งซื้อผิด ไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้ สินค้าผู้ส่งกลับมายังบริษัทฯ หรือสูญห่ายระหว่างการขนส่ง

ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้าดังนี้ :

⮕ แผ่นเสียง = ค่าส่ง 100 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน 5 แผ่น *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 5 แผ่นจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

⮕ โปสเตอร์ = ค่าส่ง 100 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน 5 แผ่น *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 5 แผ่นจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

⮕ เสื้อยืด & เสื้อสเวตเตอร์ = ค่าส่ง 50 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน  2 ตัว *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 2 ตัวจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

⮕ ซีดี = ค่าส่ง 50 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน 2 แผ่น *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 2 แผ่นจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

⮕ เทปคาสเซ็ท = ค่าส่ง 50 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน 2 ม้วน *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 2 ม้วนจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

⮕ หนังสือ = ค่าส่ง 50 บาท สำหรับการสั่งไม่เกิน 2 เล่ม *หากสั่งเกินกว่า 2 เล่มจะมีค่าส่งเพิ่ม

DELIVERY TIME :

When we have all of the items of your order in stock, we will process it for shipment immediately.  Please note most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving our store. 

If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued, as well as a confirmation email explaining the reason for the refund. 

PRE-ORDER :

Any product purchased marked as a 'pre order' will be available for dispatch and distribution at a later date, when possible this date will be written within the product description however will be subject to change. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the point of purchase. 

In general, we always try to have a pre-order shipped to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays in manufacturing and shipping can sometimes cause pre-orders to arrive late to our store. Therefore, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time for pre-order items due to a number of variable circumstances outside of our control. However, every pre-order items will be delivered within 2 months. 

If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together.

If you want to buy in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order, the in-stock items will only ship immediately if placed on a separate order.

If you placed a pre-order and have not received a shipping confirmation by a few weeks after the release date, feel free to contact us for an update.  

SHIPPING & TRACKING NUMBER:

We use Thailand Post - EMS for domestic shipping. We currently do not offer international shipping.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your order leaves our store.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs for our products are as follows:

⮕ Vinyls = 100 THB per 5 vinyls

⮕ Posters = 100 THB per 5 posters

⮕ T-shirts & sweats = 50 THB per 2 items

⮕ CDs = 50 THB per  2 CDs

⮕ Cassette Tape = 50 THB per 2 tapes

⮕ Book = 50 THB per 2 books
