DEBUT ALBUM FROM PHOENIX GETS THE REPRESS. United was originally released in 2000 and showcased the Frenchmen from Versailles' knack for writing engaging and catchy pop over a surprisingly wide range of styles. Of course, the catchy disco-tinged "Too Young" and "If I Ever Feel Better" were the big singles from the album, the former being used on the Lost In Translation soundtrack, the latter a blueprint for future hits. Other highlights include the rocking "Party Time," the funky AM groove of "On Fire," the mellow moments of "Embuscade," and soft jazz heat of "Definitive Breaks." Official 2015 reissue on Parlophone.
